Cherwell was tasked with converting an old derelict building above commercial properties in Beeston to 6 Bed En-Suite Rooms over 2 floors with separate spacious kitchen diner & utility room, having to meet extensive building control criteria with acoustic protection & fire safety along with challenges of an old, tired building, which included roofing works to allow for PV & the replacement of floors with new timber.
Over the 4 months of build Cherwell produced a modern, stylish grade A EPC rated property which met with all the clients needs & beyond, also with being on budget & on time.
